气候变化问题已成为人类面临的共同性问题,随着全球以二氧化碳为代表的温室气体排放进一步增加,对生态系统造成巨大威胁。如何有效解决二氧化碳排放问题引发广泛关注,这其中,二氧化碳捕集、利用、封存(CCUS)成为不可或缺的关键性技术之一。截至目前,多个国家和地区建设了不同规模的CCUS项目,本文梳理了国内外CCUS项目现状和有关政策,并对我国发展CCUS产业给出了建议。
Abstract:Climate change has become a common problem faced by mankind. With the further increase of global greenhouse gas emission represented by carbon dioxide, it poses a great threat to the ecosystem. How to effectively solve the problem of carbon dioxide emission has aroused widespread concern. Among them, carbon dioxide capture, utilization and storage(CCUS) has become one of the indispensable key technologies. Up to now, many countries and regions have built CCUS projects of different scales. This paper systematically sorted out the status and relevant policies of CCUS projects at home and abroad, and gave suggestions on the development of CCUS industry in China.
